Project Details
The Quincy Loop South PD&E (Project Development and Environmental) Study will evaluate a proposed new two-lane facility in unincorporated Gadsden County that will begin at SR 267 (Pat Thomas Parkway) and end at SR 10 (US 90) as depicted in the study area map. The alignment and tie-in point at SR 267 (Pat Thomas Parkway) has not been determined, and the tie-in point at SR 10 (US 90) is at the intersection with Ralph Strong Road and SR 269. The proposed facility is planned to be approximately 3 miles in length if constructed.
